so first of all. our bus came at 5:40 ... it was late . and when we got on the bus there was no outlets , no wifi , no lights . and then it started to smell like gas , the smell constantly grew stronger and actually started to make me nauseous and hard to breathe .

Greyhound will make her pay 20 bucks to reschedule if she misses. They also have a ridiculous policy of charging an $18 fee if the ticket is purchased by anyone other than the rider. How absurd that a parent cannot purchase a ticket for their child without a fee!! ...

Traveling on Greyhound Bus Orlando to Miami, bus # FL86501, left Orlando around 9:30AM, 9/17/16. Strong urine smell as soon we board the bus. Sitting in second row from a driver, bus smell very badly everywhere and through journey. Opened ventilation nub located over the seat, and urine smell coming out from ventilation. We suffer nausea trough entire trip, 3 hours. This is horrible experience.

I do not know how this bus swrvice even exists , Greyhoind sucks *** its the worst experience ive ever had in 34 years of traveling , 2 day delay ive been sleeping in a bus station for 43 hours due to greyhounds epic fails , DONT NOT EVER USE GREYHOUND , YOUR BETTER OFF WALKING !!!!!!## THEY TOOK MY $$ NEVER REFUND AFTER THEY LEFT ME STRANDED IN 16° weather outside for 9 hours now back inside for another 14 hours after i waited a whole day before that . No1 is helping id *** on greyhounds owners grave if i knew where to go !!!!!!

I’m very disappointed with my multiple experiences when using Greyhound as my form of transportation during travel. The customer service for one is horrible, and this behavior is evident at each terminal. I think Greyhound should implement training on customer service which is essential to any business that wants to KEEP its current customers, and gain new ones. Not only is the customer service bad, but there is certain level of professionalism that should be present when dealing with a company on this stature. Greyhound - I was asked to leave the bus just bc I questioned the attitude of the driver. I was not even given time to check if I took everything I had. Result: a missed flight, humiliation.

Yesterday night, I boarded in Cleveland to arrive at Washington (June 1st, 2015; Bus number: 6409). In Pittsburg everyone was asked to leave the bus (as their policy). When we boarded back at 2 am (june second), the driver realised that one of my carry on bags were too big to be carry on. And he started to make sentences such as "here, in the US.." (I am a foreigner). But his attitude was so rude and volume was so loud as if he was yelling at me. I tried to explain him that I was allowed to board like this in the first place, and this was not my fault, and that his attitude was so rude; but he was was very angry that I responded him. Even though I had put my big bag on my legs and everyone was settled and ready to leave (plus, there were many empty seats), he said that I had leave the bus. I said that I had a flight but he was still very angry and asked me to leave very aggressively that I could only ask him time to pick up my bags; and he gave "30 seconds." He did not even give me time to pick my checked in bag; I could pick my checked in bag after the bus started to move, with the help of other two nice personnel (two young men)I have video recorded this part. And the lady who was supposed to be responsible for "complaints" asked me to erase the video otherwise they would allow me to take even the next bus.(and she left me there without even allowing me complain about situation) I myself went to ticketing personnel and requested another ticket. When I arrived at Washington it was too late for my flight. The lesson: no more travelling with bus, for the rest of my life.

Greyhound - The worst experience that one can ever have!!!

It was so horrible I wouldn't refer my dog to get transferred from state to state by grayhound. Leaving Minnesota on Tuesday November the 11th 2014 our bus driver wiper blades went out on top of having a white out, we seat at a gas station waiting for help for God knows how long. So I finally make it to chicago bus terminal to only find out I missed my bus now I must wait 5 hours for the next....*** would be a understatement. The icing on my cake was the bus driver from Chicago to Detroit she was a rude unprofessional driver, I watch her talk to innocent passengers as if they were nothing, telling people to keep their conversation to a minimum,telling people that had headphones on their music was too loud coming out the headphones...I thought the express was straight through with maybe one stop, try 4 stops smh and the food stop was for her she said " I'm hungry I need something to eat" when did the ride become about her??? Fyi I'm still trying to get in touch with their corporate office to report her, never again will I ride the Greyhound over my dead body!!!!
