Greyhound - Delayed bus, made to wait outside

My son was supposed to leave on a bus from Norristown Pa to State College PA at 5:05 pm. Finally at 6:15 the station "manager" told them the bus had broken down and they would have to wait for another. Then this "manager" proceeded to kick everyone out because it was time for him to close! They waited outside until 7:10 when the new bus showed up. My son was supposed to connect on another bus in Harrisburg PA on the way to State College. He was assured this bus would wait for them. It did not and my son was stuck in Harrisburg overnight. This is not the first time we have had problems with Greyhound. Worst part is they really, really don't care. Probably the worst, most apathetic company I've ever dealt with.

BAD SERVICE FROM GREYHOUND BUS AT FLIBERT ST.

On Jan 31, 2013, I arrived at the Filbert St. bus station at 2:00 PM so that I would not be late, waiting for the 4:00 PM bus to Mt.Pocono. About 4:05 I asked an employee where was the bus. I was told that the bus left. The bus driver nor the bus station made any announcement that the bus had arrived or was leaving. I was told that bus driver was late and did that he didn't want anyone to know that he had arrived late. I had to return home which takes me two buses from where I lived to get to Filbert street. Thanks for the bad service.

GREYHOUND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

I recently booked a ticket for my cousins to get to my house from NYC. They bus was supposed to leave at 10pm. When the bus didn't show up at 10pm, the workers told them there were no drivers and that the driver would come in 45 minutes. 45 minutes later, no driver, just a buses at the station. They waited until about 1pm. Instead of getting to their destination, they had to book a hotel to stay over night. After reading some comments, I'm seeing a pattern that they tell their workers to say another bus is coming in "45 MINUTES." I'm waiting on my refund and if they do not refund my money, I will call my Credit card to dispute. For those of you who do not know, there is a thing called "chargebacks" and you can dispute these things with your credit card company. They can actually get your money back from Greyhound. It's basically there to protect consumers from bad businesses like this!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE GREYHOUND!!!

Greyhound - Refund Policy is Terrible

This review is written in regards to the horrible customer service Greyhound provides. I purchased a bus ticket for my daughter. we never printed the ticket because the printer we thought we could use was broken. When my daughter showed up to the Greyhound station, and asked if they could print her boarding pass, they said no because they the computer showed that the ticket had been printed. We had to purchase a second ticket. I tried to call the customer assistance line to get a refund but was put on hold and disconnectected. Never again will I use this company.

Greyhound

Don't ride the Lucky Streak to Atlantic City. Apparently they don't care when you get there (our bus was late) or if you get there (we weren't allowed on the bus because supposedly there were not enough seats) then they lie to you and tell you another bus is coming in five to ten minutes (in reality 35 minutes) customer service reps are useless they all look like they'd rather be having root canal then be at work, bus driver got mad at one lady than started yelling at everyone on bus, air conditioning on buses doesn't always work (last bus we were on was so hot I thought the driver had mistakenly turned on the heat) altogether it is an unpleasant experience.
