Greyhound in Newtown, Pennsylvania - Refund Policy is Terrible
This review is written in regards to the horrible customer service Greyhound provides. I purchased a bus ticket for my daughter. we never printed the ticket because the printer we thought we could use was broken. When my daughter showed up to the Greyhound station, and asked if they could print her boarding pass, they said no because they the computer showed that the ticket had been printed. We had to purchase a second ticket. I tried to call the customer assistance line to get a refund but was put on hold and disconnectected. Never again will I use this company.
