Bus 7123 from baltimore to frederick md. 10.24.15. The driver is extremly rude.(dont sit up fromt to me move back! Walk to back bus made psngr spit gum in her.hands.if cold hug somebody.if hot take clothes off.didnt turn on lights wifi etc. Pitch blk.scream at psngr who ask for light.DIDNT I SAY DONT BOTHER ME!! She is very unprofessional.I STRONGLY RECCOMMEND she find a new profession that dont involve social skills or public....like the zoo.

WTF! Is wrong with this company yall Irvin Cobb location SUCK *** yall website and app ain't *** yall keep ducking ppl over like get yall *** seating organized y the *** are yall selling tickets n letting ppl pay priority which they make u pay when u get there if its booked making ppl waste there money my bf brought his ticket a wk in advance last time for a BOOKED BUS but yall let ppl on b4 him that jus got they ticket gave him another ticket and told him to get and said next time get priority that's almost 300 bc I grey hound left they outside world no place to go so I had to pay over the phone for him a room so this time he got his ticket online again and got priority when he got there and nobody told him it was BOOKED AGAIN let him pay priority (which let's u ahead) made him get a WHOLE mother ticket so now he's out of 187.50 first ticket+145room+183.50second ticket=$516 so what was pose to be a 187.50 trip on to put a down payment on our apartment for our family made us short it keeps happening that's y I'm so upset especially now

Greyhound in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Delayed bus, made to wait outside

My son was supposed to leave on a bus from Norristown Pa to State College PA at 5:05 pm. Finally at 6:15 the station "manager" told them the bus had broken down and they would have to wait for another. Then this "manager" proceeded to kick everyone out because it was time for him to close! They waited outside until 7:10 when the new bus showed up. My son was supposed to connect on another bus in Harrisburg PA on the way to State College. He was assured this bus would wait for them. It did not and my son was stuck in Harrisburg overnight. This is not the first time we have had problems with Greyhound. Worst part is they really, really don't care. Probably the worst, most apathetic company I've ever dealt with.

BAD SERVICE FROM GREYHOUND BUS AT FLIBERT ST.

On Jan 31, 2013, I arrived at the Filbert St. bus station at 2:00 PM so that I would not be late, waiting for the 4:00 PM bus to Mt.Pocono. About 4:05 I asked an employee where was the bus. I was told that the bus left. The bus driver nor the bus station made any announcement that the bus had arrived or was leaving. I was told that bus driver was late and did that he didn't want anyone to know that he had arrived late. I had to return home which takes me two buses from where I lived to get to Filbert street. Thanks for the bad service.

GREYHOUND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

I recently booked a ticket for my cousins to get to my house from NYC. They bus was supposed to leave at 10pm. When the bus didn't show up at 10pm, the workers told them there were no drivers and that the driver would come in 45 minutes. 45 minutes later, no driver, just a buses at the station. They waited until about 1pm. Instead of getting to their destination, they had to book a hotel to stay over night. After reading some comments, I'm seeing a pattern that they tell their workers to say another bus is coming in "45 MINUTES." I'm waiting on my refund and if they do not refund my money, I will call my Credit card to dispute. For those of you who do not know, there is a thing called "chargebacks" and you can dispute these things with your credit card company. They can actually get your money back from Greyhound. It's basically there to protect consumers from bad businesses like this!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE GREYHOUND!!!
