On date of purchase of tickets Tuesday 09/28/2021 departure from Tupelo Mississippi @ approximately 12:25 a.m DON'T HAVE COPY OR PROOF OF BOOKING TICKETS ON THAT DAY CAUSE GREYHOUND IN OKLAHOMA CITY BUS STATION HAS THEM......
Complaint on bus driver running late to our destination by two hours and made us miss our connecting bus. Due to this I feel like greyhound owes us a refund and that driver needs to be punished.
The driver was running off the road and falling to sleep. Once we arrived in the state of Oklahoma he slowed all the way down under the speed which caused us and several more people to arrive late and our connecting bus was gone and we had to spend a extra seven hours at the bus station in Oklahoma City which we were only two hours from home and your bus had no air. The bus station in Oklahoma City had no air either. When it used to be more buses in Oklahoma City they had two because they sent the other buses to Tulsa Oklahoma.
The bus station in Oklahoma City was short of staff and a new employee that really didn't know how to fix the problem so we had a bad experience on our bus journey. So that's why I feel like we need to be refunded our money back.
No safe when your life is at risk due to the bus driver running off the road and falling to sleep. End of report.................
