I wanted to exchange my online ticket in advance for either a refund or an open ticket for future use.Bus station in person said it was not an option..Non- refundable! Would not to anything for me.Granted that bus trip was in advance.Called and spoke to different cust.
Serv. Reps who said there wasn't anything that could be done unless I wanted to pay $20. more to get a different ticket but I was not able to specify a date.Their wb site states that I should be able to get an open ticket, again, an additional $20.Now I had to mail my ticket to Texas to supposedly get a refund in 6-8 WEEKS!!! This is obsurd and I most definitely WILL NEVER.
use greyhound again. Back to using Mega bus who is cheaper and takes half the time.
