Sitting road side 3 hours

Why can't you do your job. Send a bus to pick up these ppl. We the customer would like a refund for our trip from *** I'm out 300 on my card to sit along a busy highway.

Oh my gosh if you guys don't call me on my 760 number right now ASAP you have minor and five other women that your bus driver left on purpose and the old man tried to stop and tell him hey you still happy ladies inside buying food and he said he did not care who the *** out of your company cab. Driver turn around and come get us if we're 30 minutes from our destination I've been on a bus since Oklahoma this is *** my recommendation for further future

User's recommendation: Don't write Greyhound because bus driver is rude disrespectful and he has everything we own on that but he needs to turn around and come get it there's five six people he left on purpose.

THEFT - Company is stalling and not covering items

GREYHOUND EXPRESS PACKAGE SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. THEFT, PILFERAGE - THEY DO NOT CARE. I used this service to send 4 suitcases and 7 boxes from Los Angeles to NYC. $1,000 worth of items were stolen from the locked suitcases and GREYHOUSE CLAIMS DEPT, that has no PHONE NUMBER, for you to speak with someone, has made me jump through hoops. 1. My boxes were over 4 weeks late from the delivery date. 2. All suitcases were opened and rifled through. 3. $1,000 worth of items were stolen. 4. It has taken 2. 5 months for them to make an offer of $300 and sending legal papers for me to sign. ESince Oct 2021, Greyhound was bought by a subsidiary of German transport company Flixmobilty.

COVER THE $1,000 of STOLEN ITEMS from my SUITCASES. Do not deflect, stall or send me legal forms to sign. Honor your promise. Live up to the GH brand of dependency and integrity.

My suitcase was given to someone else.

I left Oklahoma City on November 29 arrival in Cleveland Ohio on the 30th for a pre Christmas trip I had gifts and my clothes in my suitcase no one have found my suitcase the young man that got my suitcase by mistake are suitcase did look alike when he got to Pa. his mother noticed that wasnt his she took pictures of my suitcase and sent them to me it was supposed to be on the next bus to Cleveland but I still havent received it and Im going back home tomorrow because of no clothes and no gifts Ive had so many rude people talking to me when I can get someone I put in a claim I want my suitcase I didnt lose it it was given to someone else before I got off the bus !!!

User's recommendation: Take a plane drive Im taken a bus back home because I have a ticket and they can’t give my suitcase away because I don’t have one.

Bus passed Elizabeth city without picking up

The bus rode right by it's stop and I was forced to be stuck in Elizabeth city for a day and missed work and two Drs appointments and had to sleep outside for the night. Then the next day the bus had no covers on the air vents

I booked a ticket online when I got too the greyhound I was told they didnt have a bus leaving at that time I missed my special event the next bus was at 6:30pm which would have put me in Detroit at 10:30pm to late for my event its been over a month wheres my refund

Is there a hidden Protection Fee?

My first planned trip with Greyhound was horrible! I had to cancel the trip; but, was never refunded my money. That's ridiculous! I should've been given the courtesy as a first time Greyhound rider to be reimbursed my money. DO NOT RIDE GREYHOUND

My 17 year old son was left in montgomery alabama

My 17 year old son was at a scheduled stop in Montgomery,Alabama . Told your driver he was going to use restroom. Driver said he had 10 minutes so he went in and used bathroom.came back out and bus was pulling out.all his items are on the bus,so he has no money or ticket....he tried to wave the bus down and it didn't stop.so he 8s stuck in Montgomery

Bus hour

The bus station was closed called the 1800 number they said the bus was late instead off 2:55 the bus was leaving at 6:09 it was running late so I called 3 more times and the 4th time the bus was at the bus station on time so I had 15 minutes to go 20 minutes to get to the bus station you all can't track the bus come to find out they was tracking the wrong bus giving me the wrong information bus and calling the wrong number to Mexico with I'm in Austin Texas really

Ticket

Greyhound canceled my son's ticket without letting him know! We were told that if there was a change, that Greyhound would email us. We did not receive any email! It is an hour drive to the bus stop, just to find out that they canceled the ticket! This is the second time in a month that they have done that to us! I was told to call two hours before the scheduled departure to make sure that it was not canceled.
