Details
Bus departed from port authority smelling like *** , After a while The smell was so bad I felt like throwing up. We told the driver , he said when we reached Albany They will clean it, All they did was spray in the bus but nothing was cleaned the smell was like We are sitting in the toilet all of us with no option for air or any exchange of air. When mention to the driver he was laughing and said it’s always like that’s a greyhound bus

confirmation # 3978535001 3978535002 was told by the greyhound customer service rep that bus would be leavings at 2:25 harrahs. come to find out us left bus terminal at 11:15. had to by another ticket from NJ transit for another 78.00. called 849 8966 was put o hold and then disconnected and called back and rep hung up the phone. I will never ride on greyhound bus again . and i will tell friend and family not to ride also.

Standing in the greyhound bus service line, the busses were an hour late because their was no drivers, when the bus arrived it was not a greyhound bus it was some bus they rented they told us, the bus was extremely uncomfortable and had not charging points for phones, the bus driver took a wrong route or he get lost!!!. I paid 34 dollars for this trip. I’m always traveling with greyhound and this experience was the worst and I’d never went to go through this again!! People started clapping at the end because they made it safely , so it was not only me that was feeling in easy about the trip!!

Boarded at Dallas at midnight. Sat second row.

Across the aisle a woman who also had two seats to herself asked if she could use the drink holder in my sideseat. It was dark on the bus, most passengers were trying to sleep but she was having a full meal. For what I felt wrre safety reasons I said no. She then told the extra driver sitting in the front row.

Without questioning me I think I heard her say "I'll make sure she will exit the bus at the next stop!" Since I couldnt believe they were talking about me I continued to sleep. At Fort Worth the extra driver told the driver she thought I shoukd get off the bus.I explained why I didnt want to share. "One person, one seat" she said. I then moved to the seat with the drink holder but she said, no its too late.

Besides thats not the way it works. Both drivers proceeded to kick me off the bus. I view this as discriminatory. If I were asking the person across the aisle to use the her drink holder and she said no, ni way would these drivers be kicking her off for my sake!

Also she probably did have drink holders if she didnt have three other bags with her. Often they have elastic band straps. Many a time Ive made do without a drink holder. Because of this discrimination and yes I did accuse the driver of being razist he hastened me off even faster.

Anyway by some "muracle" they scraped up enough pity to let me on the next bus 4 hrs later. In a Greyhound crisis its better to get off and reboard ://

YOU SHOULD SUE THEM FOR A HUNDRED GO-ZILLION DOLLARS! AND THEY SHOULD ALSO APOLOGIZE TO YOU FOR NOT HAVING ANY PLACE SAFE FOR YOU WAIT FOR YOUR BUSES AT. THEY OUTTA BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES, BUT THEY THEY CAIN'T BE BECAUSE THEY ARE PSYCHOPATHS AND AREN'T CAPABLE OF IT.

I bought two round trip tickets from New York to Bally's. The time was incorrect. The bus driver did not let us get on the bus after standing online for 2 hours. He said our ticket has to have the exact time. I had to purchase full-price tickets all over again. When I contact Greyhound for a refund the rep said they don't do refunds and she put me on hold and never came back on. The end results I lose my money and they don't care as long they rip off their customers.
