Greyhound - Extremely Rude terminal employee

Details
Rode Greyhound today for first and last time. I can’t believe how rude I was treated by person at terminal in Louisville KY today. These employees need to realize that customers are how they get their paychecks. There’s a lot of competition in the travel industry and Greyhound could be top notch company but it needs to train its employees to be respectful to its customers. Poor management at the top that don’t give a hoot I guess.

After lodging this complaint, was given a full refund for the price of my ticket...however, the computer site still acts hinky, from time to time...just have to risk refreshing the screen and re-installing all info, to be able to just print the ticket at home....

my mama said that back in the 1950's when she would ride the bus that she used to climb up into the overhead bins and sleep up there. she said that she went inside the terminal and bought a tuna fish sandwich that was priced very high.

Back in the 80's she said that it was like paying $5 in today's money. She said that it was two pieces of cheap wonder bread with a very extremely thin spreading of tuna fish on it.

The issue is a truck driver needs to come home. They are not allowing him to show them the ticket on the email to board the bus and he lives out of a truck with no way to print it.

Ah, yes, the Sacremento Greyhound Bus station is another particularly filthy and nasty bus station. i've been through it many times and am always glad to get out of there.

Absolutely Icky!

The station is always packed to overflowing. The Sacremento Greyhound Bus station has about as much charm as an overflowing you know what!
