Lost baggage

Im currently on a bus going to Panama City Florida from Hollywood Florida and we stopped in Orlando and thats when I noticed my bag that I placed on the bus was missing. Since the bus was leaking fuel and we had to stop and wait for another bus while a previous one came to pick up a few people. My checked bag contain all my personal stuffs and Im urgently in need. Please help me find my bag. Tagged on to it is the name Marita Campbell, a tag from the airport with destination Jamaica to Hollywood Florida, the colour of my luggage is grey and it has a crack(damaged area at the top)

User's recommendation: Everything is good, bus drivers and the people but I wasn’t aware of bag tags and my bag was removed from the bus when I arrived Orlando and it is now missing.

On October 5th 2021 the bus was more than 2 hours late, the bus supposed to have been there at 11:45 p.m. other than that the bus ride was okay to Phoenix Arizona, I did not have to wait like that on my connection,

Bus delay

There was a 6 hr delay which caused my diabetic husband to go without his medication. The Daly also caused him to arrive after public transport ended for the evening. I had to setup a last minute Lyft from another state and pay $25 for him to make the 5 mile trip home. I feel I should be compensated for this. Kimberly Moore. Kchrismon4@***.com. Unauthorized charge to my credit card

I've been a greyhound customer since the early days. This is the 1st time that I've a problem with greyhound. The problem has been solved n Thankhu.

Extremely Rude terminal employee

Rode Greyhound today for first and last time. I can’t believe how rude I was treated by person at terminal in Louisville KY today. These employees need to realize that customers are how they get their paychecks. There’s a lot of competition in the travel industry and Greyhound could be top notch company but it needs to train its employees to be respectful to its customers. Poor management at the top that don’t give a hoot I guess.

Had to order ticket over the phone...then, on pick-up, they wouldn't accept the voucher number

After lodging this complaint, was given a full refund for the price of my ticket...however, the computer site still acts hinky, from time to time...just have to risk refreshing the screen and re-installing all info, to be able to just print the ticket at home. Greyhound states they are still working the bugs out of the new system...home ticket printers, beware of "stalls."

I tried to purchase a round-trip ticket on Greyhound's "updated" website...got all of the way to the last step & a 1-800 came up, stating I would have to do this over the phone. I did; and, the Customer Service representative (overseas) was very polite...but, we did have a tiny struggle with the language barrier. However, he did clearly state that he could not apply my earned 15% discount, over the phone; I would have to print out the discount code and take it to the actual Greyhound office for pickup, in order to have it applied. He also said it was ok to wait up to a week to pick it up, there, just before my trip. I wasn't comfortable with this, so I called the local Greyhound office the next day, and I was immediately advised to pick it up within 24 hours, or they couldn't hold my seat...so, Greyhound is overselling like the airlines, now? I did get down to the local Greyhound office the next day; I know the lady behind the counter--a real straight-shooter; and, she stated the Customer Service representative had given me bad information: the discount code can only be used for online purchases...period. I thanked her, took the ticket and made my trip. So, for my next online booking, the site wouldn't let me apply the 15% discount code, though it didn't state anything, onscreen, specifically; however, after the third try, I got to the final button, and the site tanked, again, telling me I would have to do it over the phone... Since I'd already run Malware and Spybot that morning, I rebooted, instead, and got my ticket to go through, finally, online. But, this is not an improved website, if it pulls stunts like this! Has anyone else gone through anything similar? Many thanks!

Tickets

The issue is a truck driver needs to come home. They are not allowing him to show them the ticket on the email to board the bus and he lives out of a truck with no way to print it.

Short Review on March 24, 2017

I could thru here every 3 months and not one time has the front desk agent been friendly... Suggestion: send them to some customer service classes or fire everyone and start over fresh with some friendly upbeat people Vs the ghetto rude nd ignorant people you employee now

You are better off eating a *** sandwich,than to expect a decent experience riding grey hound. The drivers need a lesson in humility,customer service and human decency ... so does the management .They must practice being tool bag *** in front of the mirror. They are quite good at it, especially to frail senior citizens. They must employ ex cons and the bi-polar mildly retarded. What a *** show. And to top it off... the outsource jobs to India and Pakistan. Way to go. Please allow me ten minutes with the driver and I promise, he will have a brand new smiling disposition when I knock his head off his *** shoulders.

Greyhound Vehicle Driver Review

Today their bus from San Fernando to SFO scheduled to leave at 6:20 arrived almost 3 hours late but no information provided by the greyhound. Also when we got at the bus station at San Fernando valley, the driver of bus # 86520 was so rude. I stepped into the bus to asked her if this was the right bus but she rudely said " get off the bus".

The bus smeeled like POO all the trip up from NY to Boston. There were people talking at their phones and the driver did NOT say anything about that, acting like it was normal to talk at that volume inside a bus. Incredible. I'm so pissed off and not satisfied about the service. My dog would have driven better. And, I've to point that out, I don't own a dog. Thumbs straight down
