First of all the bus driver was not any help at all was totally rude you knew about my situation about my tools that I work with as mechanic in my luggage and I knew I didn't have a tracking number on my luggage because they rushed me through process in Orlando I told them that Fort Myers system was down and could not print my ticket or way my bag and told me to go do Orlando and have the process done so I did and they were backed up and rushed me through the system and still did not weigh my bag nor did they tag it but they had my ticket waiting because I ordered it over the phone tonight previous of my departure so last stop went to go get my bag no wasn't on the bus it had $1,200 worth of tools plus all the clothes that I own and my boots for work that being said I have no clothes on my back other than what I have on nor do I have my tools that I make a living with as a diesel mechanic nor boots to wear to work Atlanta. I went to customer service in Atlanta and acted like I was bothering him and rudely told me to go over there pointing at the ladies checking baggages in I went to the security guard asked them what should I do and they were rude didn't even answer me I asked them again then they snapped back at me and said go to the back of the line.
This is my first and only time ever taking the Greyhound it will be my last nobody in your establishment wanted to help me nor has sympathy or urgency I'm wanting to help my situation.
Plus trying to get ahold of somebody to try to figure this out on how to get my tools back has been a nightmare what number is disconnected the other number doesn't really do anything I called five different numbers before I actually had something to leave me towards the direction I needed to go even then was very vague and could not talk to a person about my situation doesn't make a person feel good how about traveling on your buses. Also the bus drivers were very rude going everybody to be quiet turn everything off not talk to your on your phone if the other person can hear you and threaten to leave us quite as we were trying to get something to eat to bring back on the bus also I had a diagnostic tester and a spring jacket with leather chaps for a motorcycle and 1 cordless Dewalt 20 impact drill with a 5 amp hour battery lithium I've never experienced something like this my whole life and I do not plan on repeating it I hoped for God you guys find my bag so I do not lose my job and have clothes that I can put on if you're not having any money because of your guys's mistake and knowing my situation
User's recommendation: So far do not take this your company's transportation.
Monetary Loss: $1200.
Preferred solution: My bag with my clothes and tools.
Greyhound Pros: Bus drivers attitude.
