When you try to call specific station, they don't answer and you end up talking to rep in the Phillipines....who say you have to talk to someone at the particular station...but station does not answer.....

So skip the BS and go to the source. Dave Leach, CEO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nashville TN station rude employees, make promises and don['t keep them. Call for hours and they don't answer their phones. Please take Amtrak next time you travel...or probably less hassle if you just hitchhike or walk to you destination. If the company can't keep their schedules....do not use them. If employees are rude, don't use them, if managers make you sleep on floor for days.....don't use them. In other words....GREYHOUND SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why in the world doesn't Greyhound have a call enter in the United States of America. There are many people who are out of work and would gladly do that job and they would talk in english.

I called up Greyhound the other day to check on the price of a bus ticket and was quoted an unusually low price. I had the pleasure of speaking with "Faith" the nice lady who one of the reviewers on her said didn't know how to spell her name. That's just because she probably had an unusually name from the country that she lives in, and they told her to use the popular american sounding name "Faith" I think that Faith is a very good phone worker for Greyhound.
