My bag went missing at the Providence, Rhode Island, depot on April 30, 2017. I was told by the driver to put my bag on a pile with the others.
The bag never made it to New York. I made many calls, waited many minutes on hold, spoke to several clueless customer disservice people. At their request, I filed a Providence police report and got a receipt for my laptop. I was supposed to get a letter in 30 days.
I am still waiting for a response.
I see that I am not alone in my troubles. Greyhound seems to have no interest in customer satisfaction.
