My bag went missing at the Providence, Rhode Island, depot on April 30, 2017. I was told by the driver to put my bag on a pile with the others.

The bag never made it to New York. I made many calls, waited many minutes on hold, spoke to several clueless customer disservice people. At their request, I filed a Providence police report and got a receipt for my laptop. I was supposed to get a letter in 30 days.

I am still waiting for a response.

I see that I am not alone in my troubles. Greyhound seems to have no interest in customer satisfaction.

Losing your Luggage should be the least of your worries when you are riding the Greyhound Bus. You're lucky if you don't Lose Your Mind from all of the rigamaro or your ordeal.


Greyhound lost my luggage on August 15, they have been saying my luggage is in Dallas at the warehouse. As of today,Nov 3, 2017 I haven’t seen my luggage. Filed a claim they can’t find the claim.
