i went from buffalo ny to pittsburgh pa. i had a lay over in erie pa.
i missed connection and had to catch another bus in morning. i called and said that i will be there in a few days to pick up bags. i got there and took bags home to unpack. many items were missing.
i filled online claim form . i called and said they do not honor claim form online. they said to come to station with empty bag and fill out claim form. i told them i was 50 miles away and in a medical facility and can not get there for at least a month.
they told me that i guess your out of luck then! what kind of company is this?
i will never recommend your company to anyone in future..Dissapointed customer. they have theives working for them!
