Greyhound in Antioch, Tennessee - No drivers

I purchase a ticket on August 31 leaving Jacksonville Florida going to Cleveland Ohio. Leaving on September 1st arrived in Cleveland at 5:27.. I’m in Cincinnati and they tell me they have no driver. Why sale tickets if you have no drivers. They don’t know when they will have a driver. In this bus station to long 6 hour layover over and still no driver

Greyhound in Rockwood, Tennessee - Upset and very angry with management and bus service

Very upset with Greyhound, delays, backtracking, bus breaking down, send bus for passengers then have passengers removed from this bus so it could be used to go pick up other passengers from another location and wait again for another bus. Never travel greyhound again

Why in the world doesn't Greyhound have a call enter in the United States of America. There are many people who are out of work and would gladly do that job and they would talk in english.

Apparently it does not matter if you have ticket/reservation...you may still be stranded. They will sometimes get you a hotel/uber...if they feel like it! Or they tell you they will...then don't and you have to sleep on the floor...or go to homeless shelter! Not how I...

Greyhound should have a few empty buses available so that when passengers become stranded, that Greyhound can let them go onboard it and sleep for the night. Greyhound could provide blankets and pillows and they could give them free meals from the Traveler's Grill Restaurant. They could put a fancy sign on the side of the bus saying "The Greyhound Motel" Actually, when I was in Eureka, California, I saw a cheap looking motel downtown called "The Greyhound Motel" It looked so run down from the outside, I didn't even stop to check it out or ask about the rates.

I rode into Nashville once in the middle of winter and it was snowing heavily. I noticed that there was a rescue mission right across the street, so I went over there to get a free meal.

As I was waiting for dinner to be served, this black guy yelled out "The Cold Weather Brings Out The Freaks!" and I had to laugh because the place was filled with all kinds of freaky looking characters who appeared as if they normally stayed out in the bush, but had only come to the rescue mission to get out of the cold. the meal sucked, but was alot better than any of the overpriced crap that I could have gotten from the "Traveler's Grill" inside the Nashville Bus Station.

Ah, Yes, The Memphis Greyhound Bus Station. Another Particulary Nasty bus station with extremely nasty restrooms.

Probably the most disgusting of any Greyhound Bus Station I have ever been in. I remember I went into the restaurant there and ordered some red beans and rice and a piece of sausage and when told that it was going to be $12, i told the Gentleman that I didn't want it anymore and he said "Oh, {{Redacted}}!!!!!!!!"
