Apparently it does not matter if you have ticket/reservation...you may still be stranded. They will sometimes get you a hotel/uber...if they feel like it! Or they tell you they will...then don't and you have to sleep on the floor...or go to homeless shelter! Not how I...

Good afternoon, My experience on Greyhound was very unsatisfied. I had a two hour layover in Cincinnati, Ohio a floor attendant name "Frank" could not elaborate well enough why we could not wait at the gate with our luggage. "He stated this is his rule and if I had a problem with I will be refund my money an find another to my destination. " Their are no rules posted anywhere in Cinncinati, Ohio about patron are not allow to stand in a line at the gate. Finally after a whole hour which was 10:40pm the driver Cuba Gregory Jr.,finally came inside the station. For the record the bus wad suppose to leave at 9:40pm to Louisville Kentucky. The driver was rude to paying patrons. Put in his own rules with Greyhound rules. Put a paying patron off the charter bus because he was voicing his opinion. Making specific rules only to women. Greyhound should have Cameras on all their charter bus.

As i am writing this we're traveling with no air conditioning. The bathroom smells like a *** fest and we're packed in like sardines. The staff was very rude i haven't took greyhound since i was in the military I'll never take greyhound again.

Greyhound is absurdly proposterous. They are very rarely on time and dare to make their tickets non-refundable? I have been waiting for over an hour to board a bus which has not even reached the terminal yet. It is highly understaffed, dirty and unsafe! I will not be taking greyhound again. I'd much rather hitch hike with a serial killer than to give this company money to play with my time. Greyhound recieves a -5 stars if you ask me. Also, the wifi on board is mediocre at best. I hope a competitor arises because I promise I will use them instead. Greyhound company SUCKS!

Greyhound - Bus Overbooked

Planned a weekend trip to Nashville for a high school friend's birthday. 2 of us were going and bought our tickets online a week in advance. Got to the bus station an hour or so early and the bus was over an hour and half late. There was 4 of us waiting for the bus, 2older people and 2 of us. The older people got the seats. Our bags were checked and the bus driver said he had no more seats and left. The terminal manager pretty much threw us out of the station saying it was time for him to close. We asked what are we supposed to do? He said read you tickets and left. Calling Greyhound's customer service is pretty much a waste of time if they answer the phone.

Greyhound=Horrible

I sent this to Greyhound complaint emails. First of all. The employees of the Nashville Greyhound station are extremely rude. They were extremely short with me when the bus departed without notifying myself and 3 other passengers. They basically complained the whole time about having to give us reissue tickets because nobody told us that they were leaving. That is only my departure from Nashville, TN. Upon leaving from Hot Springs, AR I noticed there was a sign posted on their window (because they are apparently closed on the weekend) stating that the bus for 8 p.m. had been cancelled. Upon finding this out. I called your hotline service to ask which one had been cancelled and nobody could give me and another woman a straight answer. After waiting for over an hour of my departure time I left. Only to find out Monday morning that the sign previously stated was for a Friday bus. After waiting for over an hour Monday to get a reissue ticket and calling your complaint line several times (with no answer...any time I called.) I was headed back to Nashville, TN. There was a stop in Memphis, TN. And I noticed that a woman and child had several bags with them. I politely helped them only to realize she was in the wrong lane to get on the bus. Where I then noticed one of your employees being abruptly rude to her and basically yelling at her to move "out of the way" and saying "I'll deal with you when I have the time." I was appalled. Either your expectations for employees has decreased or you simply do not care how your employees talk to YOUR customers. I had a horrible experience on your transportation service and I guarantee I will never use one ever again.
