Bus was 5 hrs late at contenting station and over 3 hrs late at destination. Electric plugs or light neither worked. Customer service was a joke. No refund. Foreigners answering phones could care less about talking to you or taking care of the customer. Will never go...

I would, but they don't service my hometown. And anyway, I have read plenty of Pissed Off Consumer reviews that make it sound almost as bad as Greyhound is. But I would take them if they were an option.

I used to love to travel by greyhound. Two weeks ago my grandbabies and I traveled ftom Memphis, TN to Oklahoma City. We departed at 3:05 am, it was so cold, on top of being cold, there was no heat on the bus, and the windows had cracks, so all the cold air blowed in...

You should have been given a full refund for all of the money that you paid for having to go through all of that. I recommend taking along a good blanket when riding Greyhound because often it is indeed freezing on the bus.

Not only should you be given a full refund, but you should be given free preferred boarding tickets on the next trip that you take with your babies. Good Luck.

I looked up on the internet and they showed where a greyhound bus was stranded in El Paso in January 2015 and that there were over 100 stranded passengers. It said that Greyhound forbidded filming in the station(i wonder why!!!!!), but someone clandestinely filmed inside and the place looked a mess!

They said that each person was given a donut and a bottle of water and a blanket!(Whoop-de-doo! We paid $200 for our tickets and were stranded and got a donut!) I feel very sorry for your son and grandson and i hope that god blesses them so that they have enough money to where they never have to ride Greyhound again and that they have enough money to buy decent bicycles for a reputable store that specializes in bicycles and that they never have to stoop to eating that gross food from McDonalds ever again. I also read a story(on the internet) about a greyhound bus stuck in Van Horn, Texas for 5 hours recently in may 2018. Wow, I feel so much compassion for them.

Greyhound should have opened up the coffers and paid for taxi cabs to take the customers the rest of the way to their destinations. The money's there, they could do it they wanted to and if they had any kind of human decency.

Greyhound in Marshall, Texas - Bus Ride From ***

May 2017, HAD to go to Houston, usual transportation by Amtrak was not available. Purchased two tickets for Greyhound with all its promises including comfortable ride with wifi and etc. But instead we boarded a bus (not a Greyhound) that needed to be painted, old, no wifi, the restroom had been used (#2) and could not flush, vomit on back seat. Driver had a very bad attitude. We were threaten that if we got off at bus stops we would be left. Called to complain and get refund but was told that since I rode the bus they could only give me a credit for another ride. (what!) I will NEVER ride greyhound again. Then they offered $20 refund (My ticket was 76.60). no way. Poor customer service and public concern.

I worked with a lady who came to us from another company. While she was there she put a package on a Greyhound bus per her clients instructions. It never arrived at its destination and nobody has see it since.

Greyhound one of the worst services in the world…

One of the worst services in the world… This is amazing, this is the first time I ride a bus… We have listened the “Greyhound” brand so many times that we wrongly consider the service was excellent. Traveling from Lubbock to EL Paso Texas, a 6 hrs trip took me 14!!!. The bus broke down and after 8 hours they could not send a bus to pick us up. My husband drove from El Paso to pick me up…. First and last time I use Greyhound in my life.

Greyhound - Bus Service Review from Groom, Texas

Stanfield, OR to Little Rock, AR. I scheduled trip and paid for tickets 5 hours in advance. Everything was actually very pleasant until I reached my first transfer in Denver, CO. After was due to be an hour delay, we was informed our driver was sick and being flown in. We were delayed from 8:20am til 2:45pm. Second part of trip was pleasant as bus driver was professional yet very friendly. He dropped us off in Amarillo TX. Again we were informed due to previous delay, our connection bus was delayed another 6 hours. As I departed off bus I asked about luggage and was told to leave under bus carriage as it would be my connecting bus. After an hour, I realized I was abandoned without any of my belongings... Which included my sons present from deceased father. None of agents was able to track luggage down. I just now loaded onto bus going to Oklahoma City and bus driver is rude, nasty and impatient. He actually drove off leaving a man's wife and daughter. The man asked him to wait, yet driver snapped and said Bus Full (yes grunted 2 words). I'm hoping my next transfer from Oklahoma is OK without issues to Little Rock. 12+ hour delay without my personal items, and dealing with rude, incompetent, lazy Greyhound workers. This was first trip using greyhound... And very last.
