My sister left Elizabeth City, NC on Sunday morning, December 23rd on Greyhound bus headed for Greenville, NC. This bus was 20 mins late. Because of this, she missed her bus connection in Greenville.....and the next bus connection in Raleigh, NC . as well. She was put on a bus out of Raleigh, NC at 7:30 P.M. on Sunday.. headed for New York. She was told then that there were no more busses out of New York that she could make a connection with.

She arrived in New York at 9:30 Monday morning, December 24th......She sat in the terminal all day and night ….. her bus to Massachusetts left at 5:30 A.M. on December 25th.

My question is this? Why was she booked into New York with no way out and nowhere to go? How is an itinerary of a travel schedule set up if it is not accommodating to time? Bus?

A lot of money was charged and paid in good faith for this trip. Do not feel like you provided the service that was paid for. My sister was extremely anxious and afraid and will never travel by bus again.... not safe for traveling alone....
