Purchased ticket (conf number 76642683) on Greyhound.com
Bus driver refused boarding saying that greyhound should not have sold ticket for his bus. That he rejects those tickets daily and only accepts tickets from Short Lines and Megabus.
I was forced to use alternative transportation (uber and another bus ticket $250). Have called Greyhound three times: case 157885, spoke with Leonel, Mr. Gonzales and Mr. Ortega (supervisor).
All three told me that greyhound is not responsible and I should talk with the bus operator other bus line. Completely refused to resolve the situation, even did not offer the refund (which would not be sufficient).
On Monday I will file complain with DOT.
Looking to an attorney who might be interested in class action suit assuming that this is common practice

Preferred solution: $250 and official apology from the officer of the company. Stop selling tickets that not honored and change your customer issue resolution practices.
