#86879 is supposed to depart Fresno at 9:05am arrive in Los Angeles 1:25pm. He was supposed to take A 15 minute BREAK at Bakersfield.

It is now 12:05 which is a 70 MINUTE BREAK at Bakersfield. Reason? Bus driver called the cops because a young Hispanic college student asked him to turn down the air conditioning. We saw the young decent looking college man go from the back to front and in a polite tone inquire about turning down the air conditioner.

Driver shortly said there was nothing he could do about it. The young man asked again. The driver told him again then said if he didnt go sit back down he would be kicked off the bus. The young man may have made a comment but he returned to his seat.

At Bakersfield station the driver told young man he must not reboard the bus. This made the young man upset but he was not acting out in any way. Nevertheless the driver called the police. We passengers WERE TOLD NOTHING as the clocked ticked to an hour delay.

We were supposed to leave Bakersfield at 11AM but instead we had to sit and wait for the police to come AND ARREST THIS YOUNG MAN. I am not sure he will be arrested but the bus company is probably going to blame the young man for delay and being difficult. If he was foolish enough to be on the premises at 12:00noon when two cop cars drive up yeah I'd say they'd probably arrest him for any pretext from loitering to COMPLAINING ABOUT THE AIR CONDITIONING BEING TOO COLD. At this time (12:25pm) Mr.

Busdriver #86879 an older white guy with shoulder length hair HAS NOT SAID A SINGLE WORD ABOUT THE DELAY, OFFERED ANY EXPLANATION, NOTHING. Just boarded the bus and keeping on driving AS IF NOTHING HAPPENED. This is like I said riding ON A MOBILE PRISON TRAILER. PS.

I was going to call the Greyhound Abuse hotline but it was busy! Angry
