I called 5-7 business days (5 separate times already) now they’re saying they refunded me the $50, yet MY BANK STATEMENTS ARE SAYING OTHERWISE and i called my bank to speak to a representative, they told me THEMSELVES that Greyhound has not refunded me anything, but instead shows how much i spent at greyhound on this God forsaken trip i took with my two kids. I’m fed up..
i hope Greyhound gets shut down, i hope all the unethical workers there, lose their jobs because all you care about is making a check. Not insuring quality and checking your buses before sending your customers out on them, is careless and it goes to show just the type of people who work there.
DO NOT TAKE GREYHOUND BUSES ANYMORE. #shutdowngreyhound

Greyhound still has not contacted me or refunded my money like they said they would. They keep giving me the run around and saying to call back 5-7 business days. It’s been almost two months already...

Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $195.
Preferred solution: Lawsuit that is slowly building.
