I waited for 2 hours in the freezing cold in Sicamous BC, waiting a bus that never arrived. The bus was cancelled with NO notification, via email, online OR at the local office.
Greyhound customer service refused to refund my ticket, without a reason, simply saying "I cannot do that for you unfortunately" and asking me to email the refund department, which never replied.
I asked to speak to an agent from the refund department and was denied. The customer service rep's response was "there is no one at the refund department you can speak to."
The most terrible experience I've had with any transport company.
