Third and final time dealing with this highway robbery (literally) company. I just needed the name on a paid ticket changed.

They (the online "customer service, because noone answered the telephone "customer service" after holding for more than 15 minutes) told me, for a fee, I could trade the ticket in for ANOTHER DATE. So I had to buy a THIRD ticket. You better believe the two if us WILL be utilizing ALL THREE seats. Is this company in such dire straits that they will keep your money for unused tickets.

No matter the request, question or circumstance? And will charge you more money to not use it. Final time with them.

Horrible business practices. Non-existent customer service.
