Greyhound lost my bags in Sept of 2017, and I have been trying to get a resolution for almost a year. They have not been able to locate my missing bag, and I processed a request for reimbursement only to be shuffled from baggage to customer service ( over seas ) with agents who cannot communicate or handle the job for which Greyhound outsourced to them.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I want to be compensated for my lost bags, or at least have someone from Greyhound contact me to let me know why. I have called there every month since this happened to no resolution
